Research
David Quinto-Pozos works on developmental signed language disorders, the interaction of language and gesture, signed language contact and change, signed-spoken language interpretation, and the L2 learning of a signed language. David has also written about the teaching of ASL as a second language to adult hearing learners. He teaches courses on general linguistics, bilingual language acquisition, signed language structure, and language and communication across species.
